We believe in giving you full control over your data. You can permanently delete your Think Twice account and all associated data directly from within the app.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Please follow these steps in the Think Twice app:
- 1 Open the Think Twice app and tap on your **Profile** icon.
- 2 From your profile menu, scroll down to the "Log out" section.
- 3 Tap on the red **"Delete account"** link.
- 4 Read the information on the confirmation screen, then tap the **"Delete account"** button at the bottom.
- 5 A final alert will pop up asking, "Are you sure you want to continue?" Tap **"Confirm"** to proceed.
What Happens Next?
Once you confirm, the following will happen:
- Your Account is Deactivated Immediately: You will be logged out, and your account will no longer be accessible.
- Permanent Deletion: As per our policy, all your data (Profile, Preferences, History) will be permanently erased from our servers within 7 working days.
- This Action is Irreversible: Once your data is erased, it cannot be recovered.
